La Casita asked us to produce a Cookbook of all there favourite recipes. The initial idea was to produce around a 30 page book but it escalated into a 120 page beast! The recipes were so beautiful, and imagery so strong, it was lovely to make it all come alive. The book was mass produced all money raised through sales was donated to homeless charities.
